Product Description
Quickstop is a solvent based acrylic polymeric gel composition, specifically formulated for all weather roof application. It remains permanently flexible, is easy to apply and has excellent sag resistance. Designed for emergency repairs to flat or pitched roofs or gutters. Can be applied on wet surfaces or in adverse weather conditions.
Surface Preparation
All surfaces must be clean, sound and free from all surface contamination; i.e. dirt or stone chippings etc. Repairs to large cracks, holes etc must be carried out prior to coating. Reinforce these areas by Inlaying Serba Fleximesh into the coating.
Priming
Priming is not required.
Application
Apply liberally using a Serba Roof Coating Brush. At first work the material well in and around the leaking areas using a scrubbing motion. Finally smooth the surface to leave a thick liberal covering. Larger cracks and holes can be further supported by using Serba Flexi Mesh inlaid into the first coat and then overcoated with a further coat.
