The unique Serba brush is designed to apply roof coatings. It is particularly useful when applying materials of thicker consistencies. The special solvent resistant bristle configuration allows a smooth application over rough and uneven surfaces. The brush will also prove very useful when laying a reinforcing mesh or matting in to the coating. The brush is constructed of an anodised aluminium handle 300mm long which will accept an extension pole. The special 3mm x 25mm nylon bristles are clamped securely into an anodised aluminium strip. This aluminium strip is then bolted on to the handle.

The Serba mesh is specifically designed to reinforce roof coatings. It is made of rot proof polyester knitted fabric which has two dimensional stretching capability. It is good coating practice to reinforce surface coatings when they are applied over substrates prone to movement. This is particularly applicable to joints, large blisters and cracks on the surface area. The mesh's two dimensional stretch will facilitate movement and improve the tensile strength of the coating thus helping to combat tearing and possible puncturing.
Standard sizes : 100m x 90cm, 100m x 12.5cm, 50m x 12.5cm & 10m x 12.5cm.
The glass matt is used to generally reinforce a coating system and improve the puncture resistance. Its powder bound fibres become loose when inlayed in to most coatings, this allows the glass fibres to confirm to difficult shapes.
