Extinguishing Media which must not be used (for safety reasons)

    Strong water jet.

    Exposure Hazards

Combustion products are produced including hydrochloric acid gas in the event of a fire.

  6. Accidental Release Measures

Take up mechanically and ensure adequate ventilation. Take up residue adhering to floor with Terraperl or diatomaceous earth and dispose of in accordance with regulations. Keep away from sources of ignition.

  7. Handling and Storage

    Handling

Keep away from sources of ignition. Cool endangered containers with a water spray jet. Forms an explosive mixture with air, even in empty uncleaned contatiners.
