Serba mesh is specifically designed to reinforce roof coatings. It is made of rot proof polyester knitted fabric which has two dimensional stretching capability.
It is good coating practice to reinforce surface coatings when they are applied over substrates prone to movement. This is particularly applicable to joints, large blisters and cracks on the surface area. The mesh’s two dimensional stretch will facilitate movement and improve the tensile strength of the coating thus helping to combat tearing and possible puncturing.
