Polybond Chlorinated Rubber or CR Paints are suitable for interior and exterior use on both new and existing work and produce a tough, flexible finish. They are easy to apply and are fast drying. Their chemical resistance makes them ideal for use as a general purpose maintenance coating.

Four grades are available:

• CR Standard - This is the regular grade, and is suitable for all but the most extreme cases. A two-coat application is normally all that is required when applied to a suitably primed surface. A coat of standard is always used as a finish coat to all other grades.
• CR Hi-Build Intercoat - In more severe areas where a greater paint thickness is required, an intermediate coat or coats of Hi-Build can be used. Each coat replaces about four coats of CR Standard grade, and enables the job to be carried out in a shorter period of time with a corresponding saving labour costs.
• CR Micaceous Irom Oxide Intercoat - An exceptionally durable, weather resistant paint, ideally suited as an intermediate coating on structural steelwork, bridges, pylons, tanks, sewage works etc.
• CR Zinc Phosphate Primer - A specially formulated primer coat for use on metal fabrications, aluminium and galvanised iron prior to finishing with other CR grades.

* CR is not suitable for application to Small concrete fishponds containing low water volumes - Please contact our sales department for advice.
