Incredibly Tough

Q19's unique formula is based on a tough, durable epoxy resin, whilst retaining the decorative and handling features or ordinary paint. The durability and effectiveness has been proved regularly in heavy industrial use, in underground tunnels, cellars, vaults, flooring contracts etc. for more than 25 years! It is so tough it can be scrubbed and or hosed like a tile surface.

Q19 Penetrates

One of the secrets of its success is that it penetrates and adheres tenaciously to all porous building materials. Protection is more than skin deep, even when applied to damp surfaces. Q19 becomes part of the surface to which it is applied.

Renovates Surfaces

Used under wallpaper and tiles, Q19 provides an excellent damp proof barrier, particularly against penetrating damp. Outside it enhances the appearance of your property whilst acting as a general weatherproof coating.

Floors

When installing a new or replacing a damaged DPM, use Q19 Clear in a two coat system. This will enable you to lay your new floor covering without the disruption of having to raise floor levels.

Walls

Stop damp positively on internal walls above and below ground level. Use Q19 as a primer coat under your usual masonry paint to give an even longer life. Stop alkaline salts ruining plaster, wallpaper etc. Help to stop soot staining bleeding through surfaces. Use Q19 as a tough graffiti resistant finish.

Where to use Q19

The product is ideal for use in basements, cellars, kitchens, bathrooms, workshops, greenhouses and older properties. Also on working walls in farm buildings, milking parlours, food factories, breweries, abattoirs, hospitals, canteens and kennels etc as well as many more domestic and industrial applications.

Seals Wet and Dry

Q19 seals surfaces "wet or dry" and cures those damp patches for good! Use Q19 to dry out floors, walls and ceilings in homes, pubs and clubs etc. Q19 provides a tough, hygienic, tile like finish which inhibits mould growth. It can also be scrubbed and pressure hosed.

Easy Application

Safe and easy to apply by brush, roller or spray gun and no messy, smelly clean up problems. Just wash out with water. Coverage approx 7 to 8m² per litre per coat costing around £1.60 per m². Available in Clear, Eggshell and Gloss finish.
