Epoxy Coal Tar is a protective coating designed to resist chemical attack and weather conditions. Thick coatings can be built up with minimal labour costs. It can be applied in almost any condition under which it is reasonable for men to work. Epoxy Coal Tar attains its superior properties even when immersed in water and sea water soon after application. Epoxy Coal Tar will cure at temperatures as low as 0°C. It is designed as a heavy duty anti-corrosive and protective coating for iron & steel, non-ferrous metals and for other types of constructional materials such as concrete, bricks, timber etc.
Black in colour it gives a dry film coating >125 microns in a single application. It is designed as a brushing material but may be sprayed with airless equipment.
