QAD Self Priming Gloss

Prouct Function

QAD Self Priming Gloss is a high quality 1 hour alkyd synthetic enamel which requires no priming. Coatings offer fast surface drying even in thick films, minimum yellowing with outstanding film hardness and toughness. QAD Enamel can be used for heavy duty vehicle finishing as well as for vehicle repair work and due to its good resistance to oils, fats and cutting oils etc makes this an ideal choice for machinery enamel. It is flexible and gives good performance over both interior & exterior wood and metal surfaces. QAD Enamel can be applied direct on to unprimed surfaces in a single or two coat application eliminating the need for extra primers.

Surface preparation and Application

Surfaces must be thoroughly clean, dry, free from millscale, rust, oil, grease or other contaminants use degreasing thinners. Can be brushed, rollered or hot sprayed without the addition of thinners. For conventional air assisted spray - use 10 to 15% Universal Thinners.
