QAD Self Priming Hammer Finish
Product Function
QAD Hammer is a high quality 1 hour alkyd synthetic enamel. Coatings offer fast surface drying even in thick films, minimum yellowing and outstanding film hardness and toughness. QAD Hammer can be used for heavy duty vehicle finishing as well as for vehicle repair work. Due to its good resistance to oils, fats and cutting oils etc., QAD Hammer is an ideal choice for machinery enamel. It is flexible and gives good performance over both interior and exterior wood and metal surfaces. Excellent results are achieved when applied to MDF. QAD Hammer can be applied direct on to unprimed surfaces in a single or two coat application.
Surface Preparation and Application
Surfaces must be thoroughly clean, dry, free from millscale, rust, oil, grease or other contaminants, use degreasing thinners. Can be brushed, rollered or hot sprayed without the addition of thinners. For conventional air assisted spray, use 10 to 15% Universal Thinners.
