Polyurethane Enamel

Product Function

Polyurethane Enamel is a tough and durable fleet enamel for commercial vehicles and high quality industrial finishing of all types. It combines a long wet edge time with quick through drying allowing the largest of vehicles to be sprayed without dusty overspray problems, whilst at the same time, yielding rapid taping and processing times for realistic second colour and sign writing applications. Polyurethane Enamel is based on a unique specially formulated blend of polyurethane and chain stopped alkyd resins - leading to excellent gloss retention, abrasion resistance, adhesion, toughness, durability and chemical resistance. A particular feature of Polyurethane Enamel is its good resistance to "yellowing" in white and pastel shades combined with excellent light fastness and hiding power making it very economical in general usage. This product finds its uses in the decorative field including interior and exterior wood finishing and also in other applications where its great abrasion resistance, toughness and gloss retention makes it a popular choice for heavy duty flooring applications.
