This primer is formulated to provide optimum corrosion resistance, adhesion and filling properties in systems using either Two Pack polyamide cured Finish or Two Pack cured Finish. This versatile primer is also suitable for use in conjunction with a wide range of air drying and stoving finishes. This primer may be sprayed or brushed and can be force dried according to the system specification.
Two Pack polyamide cured primer may be applied by the following methods :
| Packaging | 2.5 and 5 litre composite packs. |
| Flashpoint | May occur between 22 and 32°C |
| Shelf Life | Unopened pots are usuable on year from date of manufacture. |
| Storage | Cool dry place under temperatures of 10-15°C (in accordance with the highly flammable liquids and liquefied petroleum gasses regulations 1972). |
| Mixing Ratio | 5 parts base to 1 part hardener. |
| Pot Life | Usable upto 24 hours under normal working conditions (20°C). |
| Cleaning | Acron Gunwash or Universal Thinners. |
| Temp Resistance | Up to 150°C. |
| Coverage | Calculated on dry film thickness of 37.5 microns : Conventional spray 5 to 6m² per litre of mixed material. |
