Product Name/s:
Blast Primer
  1. Product Function

A phenolic polyvinyl butyral resin based air dry primer. The product adheres well and provides protection to correctly prepared steel surfaces (before over-coating takes place). Blast Primer is suitable for application by airless or conventional spray (depending upon area size). This is a hard wearing primer which is economical, as the paint is still useable once the pot has been opened.

  2. Surface Preparation and Application

Surfaces to be coated must be dry and clean ensuring that no grease remains. Degreasing may be carried out using Universal Thinners; maximum efficiency will be achieved using vapour degreasing. The product can be applied using conventional or airless spray equipment and can be adjusted for use with electrostatic spray equipment.
